Frequently asked questions

Short answers about what we publish, how fast, what it costs and what we do not promise.

Updated 5 Nov 2026

Is this news coverage by journalists?

No. It is paid press release distribution. Your release is published on the news and partner sections of 400+ (Core) or 500+ (Global) news and finance sites. Their journalists did not write it.

Newsrooms can see your release and may choose to cover it. We never promise that.

Which sites will my release appear on?

Examples from our own client reports: Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, Associated Press (AP News), Apple News, Benzinga, MorningStar, StreetInsider, GlobeNewswire, NewsNow UK, and TV station news sites such as KTLA 5, WGN 9, Fox 8 and Fox 59.

The exact list depends on your release and package. Your report shows every live link. We also submit your release to newsroom terminals such as Bloomberg Terminal, Dow Jones Factiva and Thomson Reuters. Those have no public links, so we say “submitted to”, never “published on”.

How fast does it go live?

Send your details and we reply within one business day with a free release plan. We write the draft. After you approve it and pay, your release goes out. Placements keep arriving for at least 48 hours, so give your report about two days to fill in.

Who writes my release?

We do. You send your name, company, website, the news in 2-3 lines and your target date. We write the draft. You approve it before anything goes live.

What if I do not like the draft?

Tell us what to change and we revise it. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.

What is the Launch cut?

A 20–30 second launch clip with your logo and call to action, no watermark, one revision. It costs +$550 with any release. Write “Launch cut” in your order email. You pay for it together with your release, after you approve the draft, and the same refund terms apply.

What can’t be published?

We publish in English only. Some topics are not accepted, such as the categories listed in our Coverage Terms. Yahoo Finance also refuses crypto and law-firm releases. If you are not sure, ask before you order.

Can I edit my release after it is published?

No. A published release cannot be edited, so please check the draft carefully before you approve it.

How do I pay?

There is no checkout on this site. You email us, we reply with a free release plan and then write the draft. After you approve the draft, we email you a secure Stripe card link. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You pay only after you approve the draft. Never send card details by email.

What is your refund policy?

Once you approve and the placement process has begun, the order is final and non-refundable. See section 4 of our Coverage Terms. That is why you see and approve the draft before you pay.

What is in the report?

A white-label report with every live link, plus an “As seen on” badge you can put on your own website. Global Coverage also lists the podcast placements and the AI visibility check.

Can agencies resell this under their own brand?

Yes. Reports carry your logo, never ours. Tell us about your volume and we will quote it as a Custom plan.

Will this help my SEO or show up in AI search?

Your release is indexed by Google, Bing and Yahoo. With Global Coverage it is also indexed by Google News and sent to AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Grok) for indexing. Whether any search engine or chatbot ranks, shows or cites it is up to them. We do not promise rankings.

Which package should I pick?

Core Coverage is the right start for most launches and funding news. Choose Global Coverage if you also want the podcast version and AI search indexing. Not sure? Email us and we will tell you.

What is the cheapest press release distribution with guaranteed placements?

Public pages show syndication from about US$21–49 and plans naming news sites from about US$60 to US$300 (read 5 Nov 2026). No service can promise press coverage. Press Elevate is not the cheapest: US$899 includes writing, 400+ sites and a live-link report.

Is there an EIN Presswire alternative?

Yes. EIN Presswire is self-serve from US$149 per release (public page, read 5 Nov 2026). Press Elevate is the done-for-you option, from US$899: we write the release, you approve it before you pay, and you get a report of live links.

Which press release service writes the release for you?

Press Elevate writes it for you, included in US$899 or US$1,499. eReleases (US$300), Send2Press (US$199) and EmailWire (US$99–199) sell writing as an extra (read 5 Nov 2026). Most wires are self-serve.

Ready to order, or still have a question?
